Hiring now—all across the country! Our latest Better Jobs event takes place Thursday, December 15 in the virtual space and gives job seekers across the country access to hiring managers for thousands of jobs.

Just like our in-person job fairs, this online hiring event comes with supportive resources to help job seekers put their best foot forward. The first half-hour segment of the event will be a Q&A with expert job coaches — retired CEO Ron Cerny, JBlack Associates founder Juli Black and Nancy Ellis, director of leadership effectiveness and development at Gartner.

At 11:30 a.m., the employers will each give a brief presentation, take questions and offer clear next steps for job seekers to apply and get an interview.

The last half hour segment of the webinar is reserved for a Q&A between job seekers and the employers.

Thousands of jobs are available.

Koch Industries, which has 11 companies, tells us they have thousands of positions that need filled. Their companies include Georgia-Pacific, Flint Hills Resources, Guardian Industries, Infor, Invista, KBX and Molex. Koch’s greatest needs are in Texas, Georgia, Wisconsin, Oklahoma, Florida and Kansas City.

UPS is also participating, hiring for positions across the country. You can find their openings on the UPS careers page (www.jobs-ups.com).
