Problem: 6 Million People Can’t Be Wrong

There are more than 6 million people unemployed in the United States, yet only 2% of all American churches provide an employment ministry. As a society, we should be asking why that is. We know many people lose their jobs through no fault of their own, and doesn’t everyone deserve a second chance? Better Together believes everyone deserves to earn an income.

Solution: A Better Job Fair

Economic conditions, illness, disability, criminal records and addiction… These are all barriers that we can help people overcome. Additionally, chronic unemployment is linked to depression, addiction, divorce, homelessness, dependency and more.

The Better Jobs model has been highly successful at breaking this negative cycle, and it’s easy to replicate.

Our team is dedicated to helping people help themselves. We empower them to find employment and provide a loving, safe and supportive foundation for their children.
