Dining with purpose

Chef Brian Roland and his wife, Nicole, care deeply about the people and communities of Southwest Florida. They also love bringing people together to share extraordinary food.

So on Thursday, June 25, Chef Brian and Nicole hosted a Crave for a Cause pop-up dinner at Shangri-La Springs in Bonita Springs. The theme was “The Togetherness Table” and featured a savory full-course meal that artfully awakened guests’ palates. Bright, crisp, and bold wines complemented the offering.

The gathering was the second in Crave Culinaire’s four-part series of summer pop-up dinners. A portion of each dinner’s proceeds benefits organizations making meaningful impacts in Southwest Florida. Better Together was Thursday’s recipient.

“You are now part of the stories of the families we’re helping,” said Better Together CEO Megan Rose to guests. “We are truly grateful for your caring and support.”

Thank you, Chef Brian and Nicole, for your generosity and also for being a volunteer host family!

God bless.
