True Charity, an initiative guiding churches and nonprofits to be their most effective in fighting poverty, invited Better Together CEO Megan Rose to lead a webinar this month to help other organizations measure their impact.

“Measuring Outcomes: Lessons from the Front Lines” takes place online Tuesday, June 14, at 1 p.m. EDT / noon CDT.

Nonprofit and church leaders often feel the pull of that long to-do list, but if left unchecked, the day-to-day urgencies can stagnate an organization by pushing matters of vision, strategy and process improvement too far down the priority list. Effective programs require intentional checks on a regular basis. What’s working? What’s not? How can you tell?

Megan will talk about how measuring results can help guide this process and where to begin, pulling from her experience as CEO of Better Together since 2015. Megan holds an undergraduate degree in psychology and a master’s in human services with a dual concentration in executive leadership and family and group dynamics.

Anyone interested in attending the free webinar is encouraged to register at truecharity.us/event/outcomes_webinar.
