Attend a Job Fair That Breaks Barriers

This is a better job fair! If there is one thing Better Jobs does well, it’s connecting people with local employers and job coaches who will not rest until you get back to work. If you have a barrier to employment, we have a way to knock it down.

At this church-powered event, we’ll help you find a job in a setting of kindness and celebration. We don’t look for individuals who check all the right boxes and look best on paper. The doors are open to people of all backgrounds, ages, genders, races, religions and levels of education.
We start by providing whatever you need to get ready to meet employers—clothes, haircuts, job coaching, resumes and so much more.

We partner with local businesses who share our passion for changing people’s lives. And they often conduct interviews and hire people on the spot, so… Keep showing up, because the next conversation could change your life!I
